♯new ♯2022checklist ♯seapower ♯indierock ♯alternative 'Everything Was Forever' formerly ♯britishseapower (dropped the British in 2021) fresh off their BAFTA in 2020 for the Disco Elysium soundtrack, yet 5 years since their last album, the band is back in a grand and ambitious spectacular way. Each track has a different genre flavor -- ♯electronic ♯dancerock for "Folly" or ♯indiefolk ♯orchestra for "Fear Eats the Soul" or ♯arenarock for "Two Fingers" -- There's a lot to like, even with a few clunkers ( like the track "Doppelganger" has a kitschy "Monster Mash" crooning weirdness to it) . Maybe I've been playing too much Elden Ring, but I think this song should play during the end credits.
